Your Business. Your Data. Your AI. Introducing LinkTwist AI Connectivity

What if running your tours and activities business started with a question instead of a dashboard?

“How many bookings do I have tomorrow?”
“Which departures still have availability?”
“What are my best-selling experiences this month?”
“How much revenue did we generate through direct bookings compared to OTAs?”

Imagine getting answers by simply asking your AI assistant.
No searching through multiple screens. No navigating endless reports. No waiting for someone to prepare an analysis.

Just ask. Explore. Understand. Decide. At LinkTwist, we’re building the foundation for exactly that.

Introducing LinkTwist AI Connectivity

We’re excited to share an important milestone: our AI connectivity infrastructure is built and currently in beta.
Through our own Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, we’re preparing to make LinkTwist business data accessible to compatible AI assistants and applications.
MCP is an open standard that allows AI systems to connect with external tools and business data.
And that distinction matters.
Instead of building another isolated AI chatbot, we’ve designed LinkTwist to connect with the broader AI ecosystem.
Whether your preferred environment is ChatGPT, Claude, or another MCP-compatible AI application, our goal is to give operators greater freedom to explore their business through the AI tools that work for them.
Your business. Your AI. Your questions.

From Business Intelligence to Business Conversation

Traditional business intelligence tells you what your dashboards were designed to show.
Conversational intelligence lets you ask what you actually want to know.
Every tour operator has different questions.

  • A boat tour operator might want to understand capacity utilization across tomorrow’s departures.
  • An attraction might want to compare ticket revenue across different dates and products.
  • A walking tour company might need a breakdown of bookings by timeslot, distribution channel, or experience.
Dashboards versus asking questions: example questions from boat tour, attraction and walking tour operators

With LinkTwist AI connectivity, we’re working toward a simpler way to access these answers. You ask the question. Your connected AI assistant accesses the relevant LinkTwist data and helps you interpret the results.

What Can You Explore?

Our initial release is focused on read-only access to operational and commercial information, including:

  • Bookings: Retrieve and explore booking information across dates, products and timeslots.
  • Availability and capacities: Understand capacity levels and available spots.
  • Stop sales: Check where sales have been stopped.
  • Prices: Review product and option pricing information.
  • Participant details: Access relevant participant information within authorized permissions.
  • Products: Explore your product portfolio and options.
  • Sales: Examine commercial performance and booking channels.
  • Revenue: Ask questions about revenue, performance and trends.
Data available in LinkTwist AI Connectivity: bookings, availability, stop sales, prices, participants, products, sales and revenue

And the possibilities extend beyond retrieving individual records.
You can ask follow-up questions, request comparisons, investigate patterns and ask your AI assistant to explain what the numbers might mean.
Think of it as a new interface between operators and their business intelligence.

Built for an Open AI Ecosystem

We believe the future of technology should give businesses more freedom, not lock them into a single AI provider. That’s why we’ve invested in MCP.

By building on an open protocol, we’re creating an infrastructure designed to connect LinkTwist with multiple compatible AI systems.

Our vision is simple: operators should have the freedom to use AI in the way that makes the most sense for their teams.
As AI technology evolves, LinkTwist is preparing to evolve alongside it.

Starting with Read-Only. Building for Much More.

Our first phase is intentionally focused on reading, retrieving and understanding information.
Operators will be able to ask questions and analyze authorized business data without AI being granted permission to modify bookings, change prices or update availability. This gives us a controlled foundation for introducing AI into everyday operations.

But this is only the beginning. We envision a future where AI-powered workflows can help operators move beyond understanding their business toward actively managing it. From smarter pricing decisions and capacity optimization to operational workflows and intelligent recommendations, we’re building toward a more connected and capable industry.

Roadmap: Phase 1 read-only access now in testing; future AI-powered management capabilities as vision

These future capabilities are part of our vision, not features of the initial read-only release.

The Next Chapter of Travel Technology

At LinkTwist, we’ve always believed that technology should give operators more control over their businesses. Now we’re taking that philosophy into a new era: one where business information becomes more accessible, where data can become a conversation, and where operators can ask better questions, uncover insights and make more informed decisions.

We’re not just preparing LinkTwist for AI. We’re preparing tour and activity operators for what comes next.

Our AI connectivity is currently in beta, with more details about availability and access coming as we move toward launch.
