Moving to a faster, more scalable database
Behind the scenes, we’ve migrated LinkTwist’s database from SQL Server to Amazon Aurora. Aurora scales automatically with demand, so the platform stays fast during your busiest seasons and is ready to grow as more operators join.
Nothing changes on your side: same screens, same workflows, no downtime.

You can now customize the email used to request waivers from your customers. The email includes a dedicated button that directs recipients to the waiver page, where they can complete the contact details for all participants and sign the waiver.
This makes it easier to collect the required participant information and signatures before the activity, while providing customers with a clear and convenient process to complete their waivers.

You can now make add-ons mandatory during the booking process. This new option allows you to decide whether customers must select specific add-ons before proceeding with their reservation.
For example, if a customer selects an option that includes a transfer, you can require them to select a pickup option before moving to the next step. This helps ensure that all required information is collected and that bookings meet your specific requirements.
